Work

Two roles.

Two roles, in two companies. Both start from the same place — what a radiologist actually needs — but the work, the people, and the timelines are different.

Q-Rad

Q-Rad is a boutique placement firm that brings clinical expertise into industry. We connect highly qualified medical professionals with companies building health technology — from expert interviews and regulatory studies to permanent strategic hires.

The problem we solve is a familiar one: the gap between what clinicians actually need and what product teams assume they need. By placing doctors where decisions about products are made, industry builds with sharper aim and physicians get to shape the tools they will eventually use.

Founded in 2022 with Igor Toker.

Second View

Second View is a fully digital radiology second-opinion service. A patient uploads their images; within 48 hours, a subspecialised radiologist delivers a qualified second read — on an official document, with an additional explanation in patient-friendly language.

For patients, it replaces the informal second opinion — the favour asked of a doctor they happen to know — with an official document they can act on. For radiologists, it turns second reads into properly documented, billable work, rather than a favour given informally and off the record.

RadioReport on a reporting workstation

Neo Q builds RadioReport — radiology reporting software designed as infrastructure for clinical AI. The premise: artificial intelligence in radiology produces impressive results in the lab, but most of it never reaches the physician's screen. RadioReport closes that gap. It standardises the reporting workflow, generates structured, machine-readable data, and integrates with AI developers and platforms so that their tools become usable where it matters — inside the reading room.

My role is to keep product development, implementation, and deployment connected to clinical reality. In a market that moves as fast as clinical AI, that means staying current on both sides — the technology and the medicine.

RadioReport is live across DACH, MENA, the UK, and the US, in collaboration with university hospitals in Germany and the MENA region.
